Biography

Karolina Rozycka is an associate in the International Arbitration Group at Clifford Chance, based in Paris. Karolina’s practice focuses on international commercial arbitration as well as annulment proceedings and enforcement actions in France. Karolina has extensive experience both as counsel and as administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals (LCIA, ADCCAC, Swiss Chambers). She is currently part of the Organisation Committee of the Concours d’Arbitrage International de Paris, and has previously lectured at Sciences Po Law School (Course “Arbitration and the CISG”). A Polish national, Karolina is both New York and Paris law qualified. She holds a Master’s degree in Droit économique  from Sciences Po Law School, a Master’s degree in Global Business Law from University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, as well as an LLM (International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration) from New York University School of Law.
