Biography

Franck Latty is a International Law Professor at Université Paris Nanterre and Director of the Centre de droit international (CEDIN). He is also a specialist of international sports law and sports arbitration. He is a conciliator and an arbitrator to the French National Olympic Committee (CNOSF). He has published La lex sportiva – Recherche sur le droit transnational (Martinus Nijhoff, 2007) and several articles on sports law and arbitration. He coedited  Sport et droit international (PU d’Aix Marseille, 2016). Franck Latty is also the Secretary General of the French Branch of the International Law Association and Vice-president of the Réseau international de droit international (Moot Court Charles-Rousseau).
